In this experiment, students learn about DNA polymorphisms by amplifying DNA regions that vary between various Drosophila. Amplified DNA from wild-type and white-eyed flies are separated by agarose gel electrophoresis and analyzed.

Some components require -20¡C freezer storage. Enough for 10 groups.
