Architectural design principles are put to use in this Dream House Design Challenge". Students design the interior room layout for a ranch style house in 1/4" scale. They are given a footprint and exterior wall structure to work from. Elements of the interior layout include the location of windows, skylights, doors, partitions and other desired features. The house can be finished by painting it, adding roofing and other accessories available from KELVINŠ . Kit includes 11"x17" pre-printed cardstock with instructions.
This product is part of KELVINŠ's Engineering Principles Series(TM). This series is comprised of a group of activities that focus on one or more engineering or scientific Principles.
