This lab comes with an Instruction Manual and a System Panel that is used as a focal point in the class and as a tool/material organizer. Equipment includes: Coil Winding Fixture, Power Strip, 3V DC Power Supply, Bar Magnets and [16] Storage Boxes. Tools include: Ruler, Long-Nose Pliers, Diagonal Cutting Pliers, Wire Stripper/Cutters, #1 Phillips-Head Screwdriver, 3" Slotted Screwdriver, Snap Blade Craft Knives, Hand Drill, 1/16" Twist Drill Bit, Test Leads, Compass, and Scissors. Additional Materials include: Student Worksheets, 500 ft. Roll of Magnet Wire, 14 Ga. Copper Wire, Construction Blocks, String, Flint Papers, Note Cars, Red/Blue Markers, White Glue, Masking Tape and enough additional materials to make 25 motors (battery holders, magnets, wood base, LED, screws and magnet wire).
