KELVIN©'s Investigating Electricity Lab takes a unique approach to teaching basic DC electricity concepts. The experiment board and components use a Velcro like technique to mount parts when assembling circuits. The lab has been designed to teach students the basic fundamentals and concepts behind DC electricity and circuits. The lab provides background information on many topics and activities that allow the students to apply their knowledge. The activities include Measuring Voltage, Assembling Simple Electric Circuits, Assembling Circuits Using Schematic Diagrams, Series and Parallel Circuits, Using a Meter to Measure Electricity in a Circuit and The Effects of Voltage, Current and Resistance in a Circuit. |
