The Roller Coaster Physics Set brings physics to life. The set allows students to investigate physics concepts in simple systems, prior to the investigation and application of these concepts in the complex roller coaster system.
The students see the laws of physics in action when they build and investigate this 8' roller coaster and looper/incline plane lab stations. They build 4 lab stations or 1 roller coaster at a time (12 - 18 students working in teams of 3-4).
Set includes 3,154 pieces, a 208 page Educator Guide with 10 extensive lesson plans and 2 instruction books to build 2 roller coaster designs (one at a time). The set also contains 3 activity cards to build 4-6 Looper/Inclined Plane lab stations simultaneously. Grades 11-12. |
